All joking aside, a 1/18 Blackbird would be 1820mm long and 940mm across. On it's tail, only 180mm shy of two metres high... Would anyone seriously be in for something that big?

No. Although the stated scale is 1/20, the head works out fine for 1/18 as is. I have a mould for that head if you need one(but not for the faceplate).

Thanks a lot. Those were scribed into the plastic with a scriber from the Bare Metal Foil co. I use a steel rule for straight flat lines, and a piece of .040 thou styrene for areas that have a curve to them. You can even make custom curved styrene guides for curves. Or a set of French...
