We generally don't have any rules, though some people do browse the site at work so I'd probably swap it to something that doesn't expressly show nudity, out of respect to the other members.

I don't think there is a way for them to turn that off.. You can post whatever you want for the most part just make sure to label it NSFW if it applies.
