No, the WWH figure is pretty awesome. Very articulated and well sculpted. It's the other versions that are essentually moveable statues. They have articulation, but it's not very uesful do to the design.

The World War Hulk one is great... if you like your Hulks in gladiator gear

He would if he could move his arms and legs. Thing has taken over in the "SMASH" department in my colection. He's currently clobbering the Juggernaught.

I'd say SW has gotten more consistant recently, between the CW line and the Legacy line. But you're right, it was all-over the place for a while.
