This is part of a smaller Tech Deck set called the Street Hits. It comes with one obstacle and one skateboard. There are a few worth the $5 - $6 price tag. Of course, they could use a little paint to make them pop better.
This basically consists of a small brick wall. Probably stands at...
Thanks guys! I will have figures set up at some point, Eddie. I plan on using it before the weather gets bad up here. Just have to get the desert troops out for it.
Something I finally finished up the other day. I planned on doing a set for different environments but doubt I'll get too many others done. Here's the Mobile Air Defense for the desert. I still have some detailing to do but the meat of the project is done.
Here are the questions that have come up for this round. We'll do the DVD question so we will have two others to choose. If nobody cares then I'll just ask whatever. I still don't think the 7 packs are worth our time but if you guys want them we can ask. These are due Oct. 3rd so I will send...
The next Q&A is due by October 3rd so if anyone has questions post them up. Not sure if they have restrictions on what can be asked but I'll see if I can get some other info from the person that I deal with for them.
So I found the "guidelines" for the questions. Here it is:
"Topics open for...
That cylinder does come off Snake. One problem with that is there area raises in the structure around it so you have a spot you have to figure something to do with.
Good to hear AK! They are nice little sets for display or little dioramas. I'm going to try and get a few others done this week too. I picked up the San Fran set up when I was back east but I still have to paint it up.
This is a nice set given that you really don't have to do anything except come up with an idea and set it up. As with any Tech Deck set, it would be a good idea to give it a black wash just to look aged a bit. This set that is show was given that. The plastic looks too new right out of the...
Under the rail on the top deck is a section that is cut out of the set. Perfect size to park a vehicle or post up a few figures in wait. The rail does come off and go back on fairly easy so it does not have to be a fixture every time you use the set.
The Rincon set is a really nice set for a few reasons. It has two different set of stairs for the figures to go up or down. The set furthest to the right is a normal sized stairwell where the ones just to the left of it would be good for sitting also.
It also has two small benches that...
1:18 Compatible playset
Tech Deck is a finger board toy that comes with some really good play sets. Nice thing about most of them is that they are a perfect size for GI Joe and other 1:18 scale figures. They are great for those like myself that like the easy way out for a set up by not...
That is sweet Blacksheep! Excellent story for the character and the dog carrier on it is an excellent addition to the vehicle. I never knew there was a 6 wheeler. That dog is super cool too. Looks like a vicious lil' focker!
I think the gun looks a little high for that window. Would be real nice if the hood was lower. Everything looks nice and clean though. A hair dark but no big deal. It came out good.
Haven't heard anything. I'm just not going to bother with them on it. Twice they didn't get them so one less thing for me to worry about. Oh, well. Would have been nice considering dude said we were in for it.
Dude! You are killin' it! This looks suuu-wwweeetttt!
Great damage and making it look like it has been in the elements for a while. You are turning out some excellent items lately.
I think this would actually be really cool with treads on it. I like the execution on the additions but those wheels really make me see it have limited use. Great use of parts and a cool "outside the box" design on this.
As requested, here are all the entries since the site started back up. September is the only one that has the finalists only. All the other entries were deleted so I went back and put every entry up for that month.
