So that's how they get you in? Damn, that's a good gig they have. I will say, that suit is much nicer than many I've seen but then again I've only seen the Hasbro ones. :o
Yea, I'm surprised people will pay good money for this toy. When I shipped it the damn thing fell apart all over the place. I had to scour the floor for parts. The theory is interesting I guess but execution is again a failure. It's easy to understand why Hasbro can't get anyone to take...
Figure from 2011 Canada Convention boxed set
Now for my favorite. Spook is the night ops for the bad guys and is really an awesome figure. Unfortunately there were issues with him but they can easily be overlooked with how cool this is in person. It also has function even with the blue on...
Figure from 2011 Canada Convention box set
Mudslinger is the saboteur in the group. He is in the top 3 of the ones I like from the set. It is a toss up between him and Take Down for the #2 spot. This figure is equipped with a Slayer head and pretty bare bones on parts. The paint and dye...
Figure from the 2011 Canada Convention box set
Coyote trooper is the grunt of the bad guys from up north. The figure is a hair fugly but it's nice to see the Canada Con make a troop builder. Don't let the colors deter you from the figure though. It's actually pretty cool. The joints are...
Figure is part of the 2011 Canada Convention boxed set
Captain was the first figure that was introduced when showing the box set. He is labeled as intelligence but to me he looks more like an interrogator. The figure actually has some good gear for someone with his title. Very few paint...
Figure is part of the 2011 Canada Convention boxed set
Valkrie is the Canucklehead's infantry. She comes with a rifle and that is it. The colors on her are actually very well done for red and white. All the reds, even though they are different colors (from the dye on different plastic) look...
Figure from the 2011 Canada Convention
Traceroute is the counter cyber-terrorism specialist on the team. He is probably the equivalent of Data Frame I'm guessing. An interesting mix of parts were used for him considering he would probably be inside most of the time. Either way, the figure...
Figure from the 2011 Canada Convention box set.
Take down is the Canuckles drill instructor. The figure is one of the better constructed of the set I feel. It does not have too many extras that make it bulky or unable to hold a weapon. One thing that does hinder that is the Roadblock type...
I'm starting this thread now so I don't screw up and maybe we can get some questions that Xhairs approves of that Hasbro won't answer. :p Anytime you guys got something to ask feel free to add it in this thread and we'll vote again like last time if that works for you all. I will end taking...
 That thing is awesome TH! The amount of detail in every little thing is astonishing. Even the belt holding stuff down has great detail. You really pulled out all the stops on this. Do you have a reference picture that you used? I'd like to see how it compares because I bet if you put...
That was excellent lacelot! The motion on the video was super smooth and the voice over was great! Even the gun shots were damn good. That must have taken a while to make a 4 minute film. How many frames was it?
That looks effin' great PCS! I like the idea Eddie had of the roll up sides. That would have been a real nice touch. The APC looks much better than the original.
"Alright padners', looks like that's our boy down there near the LZ!"
"Bring it down Wild Bill and let's secure the area maggots"
"Everybody secure the perimeter! GO! GO!"
I personally think it looks tits as it is. Adding another roof part might give it a bit of a "frankenstein" look as opposed to the clean look of the canvas top. This vehicle could be in a convoy with a few humvees. It's kind of like the Indiana Jones truck but way better.
