Upper torsos are about the same as Joes. I don't know about splitting them though. Meddatron swapped arms for his MK Scorpion figure...so I'd ask him.

X and Cage are big players in the current stories, so getting them put in plastic before the others is a pretty obvious thing. I'd like to see Omega Red, and a few more female X characters.

The Tommy Gun that Cap comes with is shit. It looks like a Fisher Price gun, blocky and undetailed. I'll be replacing it soon enough.

Wave two will have the first of the movie figures in it, so Red Skull and Movie Cap will be there, along with Crossbones, US Agent and Captain Britain. I picked up WWII Cap today. He's pretty 'eh'.

Well...they don't have the BJ elbows like SW and Joes do, but they have a a swivel just below the shoulder BJ...so it does work out. I can see Forge and Bishop using a lot of the Cable figure for parts.

House of M, and WW Hulk...I never followed. Hope ties in with M though. The Messiah Complex is a lot of Bishop chasing Cable, trying to kill Hope. There's an awesome Cable TPB that you should read. You don't need to know much else...just read it.

It occurred to me today that I don't own one Punisher figure. I decided to change that tonight. He has a few more things I need to do, so I'm putting him down as a WIP for now. Skull was about 90% freehand. I used some masking tape to help with the eyes and teeth.

POC-ish I like what's coming from Hasbro...but it's just a repainted Shock Trooper. I want something that's grittier, meaner and just pain better. The Wave 3 Duke armor never really screamed GI Joe to me. It has a much more Cobra feel to it. Hell, it looks like a snake head with fangs...
