The top one just has a head and belt repaint plus parts swapping, the bottom one only has the brown section on the armour painted lol.

The top one was Mer Man and the bottom one is just a Snake man with Mer Man's armour ;-)

I got my first custom done today for Dirty Dave. He called him Captain Slither. And a custom from Dirty Dave himself, his third in around ten years. I call him Grunt.
