I made a tank-top shirt with open vertical sides first. Kinda like a throw over vest, if you will. I then very carefully glued the back bottom "corners" down around his back/outer waist area - repeated the process for the front side Did the same right under the arms, both sides. Final step was...

Yeah, it's good stuff. Pain in the ass to work with, being small, but the end results are worth it.

Netting is wedding veil material, cut and glued on in a few choice places to allow complete movement.

Ok, didn't know. Either way... too much, imo. I'd like mine at least to look more Pred, with choice influenced pieces. Seems more character fitting that way, and if done right, could look better. Eh... I'll see what I can come up with.

Assuming the pic is of a custom Neca Pred? Normally I would agree about the armor, but I just don't see the Preds going to that extreme with it. And human weapons? Not that they couldn't/wouldn't use them, but come on... I would have at least made something that looks like the Preds made it...

Interesting, KT. Too much influence/usage imo. I'm going for something a bit more... subtle.

Updated 1st post with custom melee/CQB sword. I may be taking this in an Asian inspired direction, going on the idea that this guy could have visited Japan/China in the past. We'll see...

The "armor" parts are Microman. The arms are modded MU, on the frost giant torso. Thank guys, updates coming soon.

Awesome. If anything needs to be designed and manufactured for 1:18th, it's "real" sling/gear attachments. Stuff like this in ABS would be sweet.
