The BBI one had stretchy straps, while the Bravo ones had molded straps which where glued into slots on the backside.

Personally,I don't care about any straps since I can make my own or attach them straight to a vest. Others might want the straps though, so they could easily be cut off by those who wouldn't want them. Straps tend to limit any shoulder/arm range of motion a little too much for me. I don't...
