Anything from Tunnel Rat would be too small, as he's 1/4"-3/8" shorter than the standard Stalker buck. Good for variation, bad for swapping parts.

You could use a Steel Corps torso, as those have that ribbed sweater look in traditional bright blue shipwreck colors, almost like one of his JvC or VvV figures. Just have to find someone with more muted pants, maybe even dye some regular shippy pants a dark grey.
