No, they didn't have much space for a booth setup, most of it was dedicated to their retail store stuff. They were also sharing booth space with another company. I had initially assumed it was the Admiral version or something, but I seem to recall (a tape recorder would have come in handy..)...

I forgot about this at SDCC.. but they had on display a Me-262 that, from what I recall, should be coming out this year. For some reason I thought the Me-262 and the F-86 were already released so I didn't pay much attention to them. I put a word out to Merit, but haven't heard back yet.

IF models start to accept 1/18. Apparently it's acceptable in 1/16.. why do the scales have to be so close, yet so far apart?

They're a little shorter than your average ME Joe I'd say, as they are more TRUE 1:18 scale than the new Joes (though that's all subjective). They are good if you need them. The articulation isn't anywhere near Joe-level though, so just know that. How much were they selling them for? I see...
