So I made this for the GI Joe ALL Stars project that Icecreamman put on at multiple forums. I made the waterslides for it myself. They have some issues, but for a first go Im pretty happy with them. Next time Ill have to adjust resolution and color levels so that they do not fade or lose sharpness (like the red sox logo on his hat).

I actually like the faded "been through the wash a few times look. I really like this. Though I wonder if it'd look better with orange pockets.

I thought the same but deferred for contrast. However a different shade of orange might work.

I did. Yet it still faded even after a 24 hour cure time. There is a chance that the spray coat was uneven even after a few applications.

Damn, that's too bad. The only other thing I can think of is that the clear coat was too "hot" and melted the print ink as it cured?

Could be man. Trial and error is all I can say lol. I used the same coating to make my Swampsmasher decals too, and they stayed bright... dumb luck Id say.
