Here's another character from the Spytroops era.
I really like bikes and IMO the "Wheel Blaster Bike" even with the annoying action feature and somewhat poorly chosen colors has an fantastic design. The design reminds me (a bit) of Kaneda's bike from the manga/anime Akira, I watched that movie 2 times only more than 20 years ago and it still fresh in my memory. So the choice of colors for comes from there.
I believe this guy could be a new character in Cobra ranks named Akira the nemesis of Ashiko
