New here so a big shout out to the Fighting 18th!

Need to ask if there is an in house expert with designing and printing high quality decals.

I'm mid way into a big conversion and would like to line up a set. Thanks for any help.

I guess I should have given more detail. I will be needing a set of water slide decals. Printing will need to be on an Alps or comparable. The decals will need to be multi-layer with white background printing on clear film. It's the only way to get reds and yellows to stand out.

I'm currently converting a BBI MH60 Blackhawk to a SH60 Seahawk. Tons of work and tons of fun. Likely a month or two out but I want to line up the new markings for this bird so I'll have them at the ready.

Oh, I don't know if WB will take on a commission set, but it can't hurt to contact him. If he can't, he should at least be able to help point you in the right direction.

New here so I didn't realize he was Cobra Stickers. Love his product and used him a bunch. I almost bought a printer on the cheap to do what I need and kicking myself believe me for passing on it. I definitely need water slide this time.

I would consider buying a proper printer to run white ink, at some point. I don't have room right now, but one day. I unfortunately can't help you on the printing end, but I'm interested in finding out what you find out.

(I'm a designer, so I can do the design portion, it's just the output that's holding me back.)

Is anyone doing a printer capable of white ink besides the Alps? The last place using an Alps was Monkey Depot, doing John's Stuff decals, and last I heard their machine was down for the count.

Goddamn finicky Alps printers.

you could try contacting my friend Jared at www.fineclonier.com. He specializes in LEGO waterslides, but prints the way you want and his decals are the best I have ever used. Not sure he would have time for the project...but couldn't hurt to ask. I am constantly trying to get him to enter the 1:18 scale world...he has made a few things here and there for me when he has had time...

Thank you! I might have to just talk myself into buying one.

Mandingo Rex I will message you when I have some time and see if you are interested in the design work.
