3rd in line is Malone aka the Mailmen, top sniper spotter for the "Joes". They call him the Mailman because he always delivers the target :

Last is a revamp of a custom I did a couple of years ago, Storm-bringer - daughter of the Black Panther & Storm :

Frostbite and iceberg look really cool...though I'd add a bit of color to icebergs coat
