So this guy is just a leader of some random terrorist organization who wants to destroy something for some reason.

I used the Ret. 3 pack firefly webgear and cut off the grenades.

Originally I was going to make a Russian merc leader but then decided that making him a generic leader could give him any nationality anybody would want. As for the terrorist part it seems that now any bad guy that wants to destroy or destoyed something is labeled a terrorist by most people so it fit.
