Bio-Viper was released carded as part of the twelfth series (1993) as part of the Mega Marines subset.
I made this using inspiration From Rich Woodhouse's Custom he did up for the 2009 Joecon i took cues from his custom and the original and then made my own design

I am 99% finished with this custom i need to paint his gun still cause i ran out of silver paint (bummer)

The parts used
Main Body is from a Hulk Movie Abomination just as Rich used on his custom
I Modded the hands and the feet though to look like claws instead of fingers made more sense
even though the Original had 5 fingers but only 3 toes??
the Head is from a Resistance Figure the little crab like creature that comes with the human
I sculpted over 90% of that modded creature head to get the results you see

he Tentacles came from a Spawn Creech Figure and were modded to be longer than they originally were
everything else on the figure the fins and claws were hand sculpted
Body was Rit Dyed Blue to help with the joint rub it worked sorta some of the joints were hard plastic and didn't take so it isn't 100% paint rub proof
the little nodes on his back are from ROC Dr Rex the little nanomite containers
Heres the pic of the unfinished gun i hate running out of paint
