I saw a cool technique for realistic vision ports, by cutting purple(or blue or green) confetti and placing it over the "armored glass", looks great with the chrome effect

I saw something similiar and might try it with the TOW optics. I think they used a colored mylar (which would be the same as that metallic confetti) to create the effect. I like the viewports as they are with the metallic blue paint since they don't really jump out unless under bright light.

Edit: I just saw the link you posted WW and I am intrigued by it. I wonder what glue you would use.

white glue is the best choice, but epoxy would work

Yeah, saw that on HBO many years ago. Thankfully the Bradley turned into a great vehicle and is easily one of my favorites.
