Hey fellas, I realize the 1:18 toy lines are all essentially in a state of shambles, but that hasn’t stopped me from continuing to collect only 1:18 scale.

Some producers are starting to come out with some really cool looking stuff that has given me hope that maybe we’ll get a 1:18 resurgence.

My collecting now has essentially been limited to getting customs made, which is pretty much fine by me since the product is ultimately better albeit significantly more expensive.

I didn’t really see a good Marvel 4 inch thread on here so I decided to start one, but since I’m new here if that’s against some rules I’m sorry.

This Ms. Marvel figure was made by a customizer who goes by Myke Dela Paz on Instagram and Facebook, photographed by me. It took me a long time to get in contact with him, get on his schedule, and ultimately get the figure, but in the end it was worth it to me.

F898DC74-A893-40E2-88B8-89638981EE94.jpegNo customs here, but I put this photo together after our lord and creator Stan the Man passed back in November. The figures he’s playing with are a SDCC exclusive Toby maquire movie spidey and a Iron Man 2 movie line Iron Man.

I had this 90’s Ghost Rider by a friend of mine who goes by Issaim Customs. Recipe is a MU ghost rider head and legs, GI Joe rise of cobra storm shadow torso/arms, and a 1:18 maisto random motorcycle with the flames added via hot glue gun.

I had this 90’s style Avalanche made by a good friend of mine who happens to be one of the most talented customizers around. Basically all the parts are MU Omega Red, except for the arms which were MU Hercules.

I took a chance and bought this Deadpool from some random eBay listing, it’s ok but not great. But I had some fun putting this pic together with the Alien and the c[BGCOLOR=transparent]argo loader from hiya toys. The Alien figure is super disappointing because of its fragility, I broke the arm 5 seconds out of the box, sent it back to bbts for a replacement which also broke 5 seconds out of the box. The cargo loader is pretty decent though, but I haven’t bought any more Hiya toys because of the issues with the Aliens.[/BGCOLOR]

The loader is Hiya as well, right? Is it equally as fragile as the alien?

Yes loader is also hiya, it’s not particularly fragile, but it’s not super amazing considering it was 80 bucks new. It’s decent, just not 80 bucks decent.
