I have a couple of these guys,and I had no idea the flashlight was supposed to go in the pouch on man purse! all this time I thought that spot was for a magazine from that big SMG that has removable magizines..I have a couple laying around with those still in them...nifty!

I think originally that purse was for Snake Eyes and he had a gun with removable magazines and one of them went in that spot.
So in effect, you are correct.
