Na. He was the Hydra Commander, (To lazy to remove the arm marking:trollface but I was just looking to show off another custom (Like the Tony Stark) without wasting another thread, since we've seen the recipe before.

The next version of trump will be more orange. (I literally did this thing while the kid went down for a nap.)
