Here is a very easy custom using by painting the goggles gold and the chrome face plate with Tamiya Acrylic Clear Yellow x24. The vest is from the Crimson Viper:

It looks good- but man, seeing that guy through a scope would probably give Lowlight a raging boner. Hell, he'd probably not have to use the scope!

Hmm... Might have to use those heads for some 1:18 Spartans after seeing that.
