Great pics and review, but I pass on him. Why bother giving a undamaged head if he has to have the damaged chest. That alone kills this figure for me.
This one is another mark in the "don't want, didn't need" category. I actually got one, as a "bonus" in a case assortment because it was cheaper to get the few figures I didn't want than to cherry-pick the few that I did want from the wave, with BBTS' inflated troop-builder prices. I'll open him eventually, as I think the concept is mildly interesting, but I wish they'd have made him a reprogrammed Joe B.A.T. or something to make it a little more interesting. (I mean, clearly I can do that with my own imagination, but it just seemed like they either needed to include some new arm attachments, or spice up the story on them or something.)
As it stands, it's a decent repaint, but I would've much rather seen Dusty repainted in jungle camo with short sleeves and a different head, and going by "Footloose" than seeing this kitbash. It seems like a wasted effort, personally. And folks would've troop-built the shit out of a Footloose, as he'd be a great generic jungle trooper.

I wanted more of the 25th BAT but only got a few, so I'm happy to see them again reguardless of their camo.
I would love to get this if I ever found one. I think it's weird that he has a blade to hold rather than it be a replacement attachment for a hand.
