Named after the Electric Eel due to her use of Shock-batons, Shibireei is known for her ability to stealthily slide in and out before anyone notices. Also, the trade mark cardiac arrest of her victims caused by the boosted electric shock of her batons, while at the same time she is protected by her insulated suit.
