So on my searching for some tutorials on how to sculpt 4" Action figure heads, I came across this website. holy geez this guy is ridiculous.

I've been following his work for years now. His ALIEN is flawless!
My one main complaint is that he doesn't share any of his casts. Or not often anyway.

Yeah, he works a ton but I can't remember the last time I saw a finished piece. But then again, I can be accused of that.
Not only are his figures sculpted and painted like a champ, the photos of his WIPs and finished products are all studio quality with so much clarity. Lucas or Disney should hire him.
I used to be a big fan of his until I realised nearly all of his pics are heavily photoshopped. I think that might be why he never shares his casts. Seeing stuff on screen compared to real life is a whole 'nother ballgame.
I always wondered how he does eyes. They look like he's achieving 1/6 level detail with them. Whenever I asked how he does it, he always links to his massive blog claiming there's a tutorial on there but I've never found it. I just assume he's doing a lot of it in Photoshop.
The eyes are shopped. Save an image and zoom in on it. Well, you can tell without doing that really.

Good find! I've seen some Golden Demon painting where facial features looked so real on a miniature. I think it's possible,for a bigger 1:18th head, to have extreme details. He is just that good. You do have to have tits for him to share his secrets. He has an interesting profile.
