Soviet Tanker "Helmet"?

Anybody know of a company that makes these? Or if Hasbro ever made a Figure with one?

those are 1/35 and i havent seen anything like that except on a chap mei pilot that is very hard to find.

brokenarrowtoys also does. IT's more modern, like 50's or 60's-ish, so should work for a finnish tanker. Also, if that helmet pic you should was 1/35, who makes that?
