Had a spare red MTF figure. Take a long time to figure out what to do with it. M. Bison from Street Fighter was the best decision for me :)
From now on - he is my new HISS tank brigade commander :D

Colonel Vogel head from Indiana Jones figure line + red MTF figure + crepe paper for the cape.
