Oberstleutnant Rickart Fuchs was an admired unit leader in the GSG-9 Advanced Tactical Services division of the German State Police until he was discovered in flagrante delicto having an affair with his supervisor's wife, while in uniform on base. Fired in disgrace and blacklisted due to his former supervisor's influence in the European Tactical Response community, Fuchs' life completely fell apart as his wife left him and took their children with her after a drunken rampage through their house.

Ultimately losing his house, having not spoken to his wife or kids, and approaching the first-year anniversary of working as a bouncer at an adult film studio complex; Fuchs was contemplating suicide when he was approached by the man who would ultimately reveal himself to be Crimson Guardsman #34 and offered a job. Guardsman #34 wooed Fuchs with sympathy at the unfairness of the punishment life had dealt him, and said he'd be paid both a salary with significant bonuses in an industry very similar to his former career in Advanced Tactical Response.

Donning a uniform in his hometown football squad Borussia Dortmund's yellow and black colors and taking the name Feltenwespe ('Yellowjacket'), Fuchs became the unit commander and trainer for Guardsman #34's contribution to the COBRA forces, the urban instigation specialist Alley-Vipers. As leader, he plans all Alley-Viper operations to instigate civilian unrest, rob financial institutions, hostage kidnappings, and other such urban operations.

Feltenwespe here is a Shock Ops Marauder Task Force figure kitted out with several of their optional items. While I've bought many of their weapons over the years just like everyone else and I went in for some Valkyries, I've been a latecomer to their basic trooper dudes and I finally took the plunge once my tax refund came in.

I individualized him by cutting away the armor over his abdomen and trimming back the top of the shoulder pads to keep a wide range of shoulder sway. Then I inserted a sheet of 1mm plexi to the inside of the shield to fill it out and give it a proper protective window. After gluing all the pouches and such in place for a secure hold, I had the two 'open mouth' pouches remaining so I cut them up and glued their pegs to the inside of the shield so it can be carried on his back, and moved the handle so he can weild it more naturally while also not being in a place to bump his head when carried.
