Anyone know where I can find at least one of these with the helmet. A few of them would be nice.

eBay or cruise on over to SSHQ and get to work on your 6 month probationary, because the old 21st Vietnam figures can be tough to find.

Regret getting rid of the two i had. Not so much about the NVA, though.

Didn't they do a second line near the end like 172nd airbourne or brigade or something? I would assume they would use the same helmets.

Same in that they depict the same steel pot. I think the 173rd all had the same helmet mold.

So nothing's gonna be tucked in the band, which is something I'd think he'd be looking for if he's asking about the old figures. *shrugs*

I saw somewhere had the characters from Platoon, with similar gear. As I recall they weren't that expensive.

The helmets are the same, i believe.

Hell, i think everything is the same other than head sculpts. Still, shouldn't have passed on those figures.

Now that i look at them, i'm tempted to buy a set plus an extra Barnes. I think i can make his 870 work.

been with SSHQ since Apr 2010. a lot of my collection came from deals with those guys.

By the way if anyone here is interested apparently the oldest son of the pilot who flew the F-104 Smoke II is speaking out on SSHQ. I'm sure Lunchbox would be interested telling by his signature.
