We all love a good action figure diorama, preferably loaded with detail, realistic buildings or scenery, and beautifully weathered props and vehicles. But many of us don’t have the time or energy to set up a mind-blowing dio display, or the photography skills to capture dramatic miniature scenes, and that’s just fine. Sometimes we get so obsessed with realism that we overlook the simple childhood pleasure of just playing with our toys.
That’s where the House Wars/Battles forum thread comes in.
It’s a showcase of the fun to be had when you just set your toys up around the house, without having to worry about lighting, camera angles, or compelling storytelling. Just small-scale toys in a 1/1 scale world. In other words, everything we used to do when we were kids.
