Blackhawk inspired by Fled74

I was able to get a PTE blackhawk for a christmas present from my son. I took a look at Fled's blackhawk thread http://forums.fighting118th.com/showthread.php?t=2451 and started to work.
I removed both side windows and installed miniguns on both sides, made the rest windows look like they had glass in them too. this isn't finished but I figured why not show it off now.

Nice work.. I'm always amazed how good the PTE blackhawk can be made to look.

It's only when you get a full shot do you realize that it's actually smaller than the BBI one.

I've been thinking about painting mine, but I use it as a Cobra Stealth Troop Carrier. So the black paint and Small size makes sense.

I have both and while the BBI one is a nice display piece I'd have to say the PTE unit would be easier to work with in a dio...inside anyway.
