I got a flight helmet a while back. The plastic was very hard. It wouldn't fit the figure's head. So I boiled it. Then it fit. However once it cooled off I couldn't get it off his head. I ended up breaking up the face mask to get it off. It also took a while to get here. Shipping was over...
