The horses are just regular Mega horses, but I had to sculpt all the oddball parts of Ookla's horse. He has a puffy tail, a puffy mane, a horn on his nose, a bird beak mouth, and big bulgy eyes. Definitely not a traditional horse.

pcsguy88 did you paint it or buy one of the painted ones? If you did it, I'd be curious about your paint choices. I typically find basic Tamiya flat blue (XF-8) to be a pretty solid "cobra blue", but I'm not sure it would match the current classified Commander.
