I recall most all vintage Joe stickers being clear vinyl, not paper. The HQ set are the only "paper" stickers I can think of. Downbeat's door stickers are printed on a white paper, while the leg stickers are thin chromed, the martini stickers are clear-backed vinyl. It's a mix. None of them...

Have you used reprolabels before? The downbeat set is a mix of opaque, clear-backed, metallic, etc. I'm not sure what you mean by paper-backed. All reprolabels are pretty damn thin... I almost always have to apply them with tweezers. Not sure if that helps.

I cannot overstate what a vast difference they make in this figure... unless you're really into that whole "plain toon" thing.

I found the four new CoD care package deluxe singles at WM today. Just got one of each, all very detailed, lots of paint apps not seen in the regular troop packs. But the best part is the new little muzzle flash effects that come with each. Very cool indeed. I'll be on the lookout for more...
