Lancelot you can probably forget ever having "good", "Thundercats", "figures" and "Bandai" in the same sentence.

Yeah I wish they would stop it with the needless love interest stuff. Is their going to be an action figure of Pumyra anytime soon? If so, are they going to fuck her legs up like they did Cheetara? Cheetara was the worst figure of the bunch because of her weird ass articulation. Will they ever make a better version of her?

Seeing that they went on clearance and have been at ROSS I doubt we'll see any others. Really a shame because they could extend the show at least 2 more seasons.

It's cancelled, there's no since in getting any false hopes or caring about it anymore. We need to just accept it and move on.

I still don't understand how the company that made the MSIA toy lines could make Cheetara so fucked up. Cheap bastards

The article indicates pretty strongly that it's not done, just on a delay. I'm surprised that Bandai also indicates that they are also not done. I can't vouch for their statement that they are focusing on other markets around the world, but it would be nice if they released some new stuff to coincide with another season of the show.

Awesome news!...I was gonna be really bummed if one of the great traditionally animated toons got canned for yet another sh!tty CGI toon...

Not surprising in the least. Bandai USA couldn't make a good action figure if their collective lives depended on it.

Then again, it's not like there's any point, seeing as CN killed the series. I think that's the real shame in all of this. It wasn't a bad little 'toon.

I kinda liked the 6" figures, what few they made. The 4" were horribly lame, unless you're a little kid. The problem is that the new toon, while quite good, was over the heads of little kids, but the figures were way too crappy for adult collectors. The two just didn't mesh very well. It's as if they never really identified their target demographic for either.

Both the 4" and 6" figures had the same problem. Neither had their joints properly painted. Every moving joint could be easily identified by a robotic looking spot where they did not paint the hinges. The 4" figures had ass for articulation too, I've already ranted enough on how Cheetara was quite possibly the worst action figure of 2011. It is really funny to pull her limbs apart, and then hang her from that magnet piece on the Tower of Omens play-set.
