A behind-the-scenes look at the setup:


As you can see, there's only one full building. The backdrop is flat printouts and a big blue piece of card, flanked by white bounce cards to reflect light back into the scene.

Egon holds Janine back as the PKE meter picks up emanations from a Class 7 entity.


Fed up with Peter's good-natured needling, Janine pulls her blaster on him. Winston and Egon stop her, while Ray threatens Peter with an ecto-probe enema.


I set this up in one of my display cabinets the other night. Just need to finish building my 1/25 Ecto-1 kit to go with the Minimates.

I figured I'd share this quickie job I did on ScarJo's face (heh-heh-heh).

Before and after shots (I hope it works, Photofuckit is being a bitch):


The duck lips were hideous, so I mixed a flesh tone to match the factory paint and just went around her lip area with a 5/0 brush. I also repainted the sloppy neckline. I added subtle shading to her face and neck with a slightly darker skin tone, then added highlights to her pupils and a dark wash to her hair.

I'm quite happy with her now.

Here's another of my old 1/6 customs - Revy (Rebecca) from the Black Lagoon anime. It was also one of my earliest attempts at sculpting hair and painting tattoos.
I misplaced her silver Berettas, so I gave her Desert Eagles for the photos.
I also made her holsters/shoulder rig from a leather-looking vinyl material.

K-T is correct, the legs are from MU Ms Marvel, and the arms are from an MU Mary Jane. I'm reworking the elbows and adding a Revoltech joint to improve the range of motion.

I got a couple packets of 4mm flesh-colored Revoltech joints from AmiAmi.com.

My quick-and-dirty submissions for a zombie custom contest we had last year:

Zombie Shia
Repainted Indy4 "Mutt Williams"

I wanted to go back to the classic Romero-style zeds, which were basically actors in makeup and minimal prosthetics (also, I'm too cheap to chop up a figure).
The skin tone looks darker in photos, but it's actually a pale khaki drybrushed with white and blueish highlights.


The bite mark on his right hand doesn't look right from this angle, but I carved a piece out and painted a crescent of teeth marks around it.
