He's a new figure from the Captain America movie line.Who is this guy? He looks pretty cool? Is it a custom...forgive me if I am asking dumb questions...I only collect / know about Joes.

The vest is just like a Joe vest. It is removable.
He definately is a cool figure. I will be getting one when/if i see him. Nice pic. Exchanges of money are always good. I can see him giving the AV's their first lesson in not trusting anybody. I forsee a couple of CG's getting their helmets kicked in.
Crossbones is a great looking figure!
I actually have the comic book where he and Captain America fought it out while Red Skull and Kingpin fought each other.
There is one sequence in the fight where Crossbones pulls a knife on Cap, but Cap whacked his hand and then jumped over Crossbones. Cap then pulled the back-end of Crossbones' face-mask thereby covering his eyes and then Cap whacked him in the throat and face until he went down.
