Custom Card Backs and Blisters

I am wanting to start making my own and I was wanting to know where I can get the templates for 25th and maybe POC figures. Also if anybody knows where I can get blisters or how to make them if I need to.

I have a PSD template for the card art, with an empty explosion and editable text blocks for the names.

The back of the card is similar, but the thumbnails are just existing characters. You could maybe use that?

No idea on the blisters though, that's a whole 'nother game. I'd just reuse existing ones that are close enough to the ones you're attempting to card.
