I passed one in the local Walgreens the other night. It was $12. I can see if it's there if anyone wants to go that route? (Although chances of it still being there are slim.)

keep an eye on hasbrotoyshop. every now and then they get restocks. I picked 2 up for about 7.99 each about a month ago. they are out of stock right now, but they do pop up.

I actually found a low light at the local TRU. Picked him up with 2 shock troopers. I'm pretty stoked. This TRU hasn't had any new Joes since that damn movie line. Hell, there are still 3 santa-destros hanging on a peg. They are out there, in the wild.
