It looks a little on the large side but I'm guessing they wanted to keep it compatible with the older accessories. I'll have to pick one up when I get a chance and compare it in hand to one from BBI.

Hmmm.....

The kickstarter guns were better detailed in my opinion (I love most of those!). This kind of seems flat. The real M4 MOE has a more finished looking barrel.

Basically it's not really new. Modified is a better term than updated. They modified their original modular M4 (changed the stock, trigger guard, and added more mounting points). That's why the detailing isn't as good as the newer releases.

I still think if you cut the gas block off of that thing you could have a passable tacticool Saiga 12K. I think their mania for modular bullshit is stunting their potential. Guess I'm still bitter about how badly their FAL dropped the ball.

Yeah, the rail detail is what underwhelms me the most at this point.
