You have to be all kinds of low IQ to beat up someone who values different things and ideas than you do. Or did I miss something and the guy was dressed all pretty and prancing around on the beaters lawns? Maybe he was ramming another gentlemen in front of them?

It sounds like he got drunk and told them he was wearing women's under garments, which was a secret hobby of his. Obviously, the attackers did not take kindly to it, making the whole Nazi allegory appropriate. Wearing women's nylon is weird, but the attack was clearly unjustifiable. At least some good pictures of 12" figures came out of it.
