I'm guessing brick-patterned paper on wood or foamboard, with details glued on?
Not sure how he did it, but it looks freaking amazing.

Looks like the door came off some playset. I really like the pipes and large vent, and Fled is probably right about the wall itself.

You are right. This is foamboard, brick-patterned paper and coctails tubs.... And finally several pics of buildings.)))
