Newbie here. I've been on Hisstank and while a did a shit load of customs.
I decided to post them here too for some feedback. Hope you can dig 'em and dont hesitate to leave feedback, brown nose or hate.

Ultimates.
These are ultimate versions of joes. I only collect one of each character, so I mod mostly all my figs to look the best they can.

Taurus

Head:BnB Steve Austin
Torso and arms: Benchpress
Legs: Shadow Tracker
Webgear: Flint mixed with Benpress and Shockwave gun holster
Arm thingy: POC Quickick mixed with Pit Commando gear and Flexrex

Rock and Roll

Head: Thor. Gave him a haircut and Shockwave hat
Torso: ROC Desert Duke
Arms: POC wv 3 Duke
Legs: POC Dusty
Webgear: Desert Fox
Gun: Unsure.

Zandar
Ratfink's Zandar was flawless. I didnt like the look of the original character, so I decided to update him.

Head: POC Duke with Sculpted hair
Body: Some SS, unsure
Upper legs: 25th Hawk
Lower legs: 25th viper with resolute knees and Wild Bill feet
Rifle: Marauders

Ripcord
Didnt like AOIC version. So I updated him.

Just gave him a new head, updated the visor with POC Dusty Goggles. The piece connected to the emergency packcame from a Paraviper

Gung-Ho

Recipe:
Had: 25th Gung-Ho
Head: Guess...shaved his ginormus chin a bit.
Body and arms: Sgt Sone
Upper legs: Gung-Ho
Lower legs: 25th Firefly added POC knife
Vest: Pit Commando
Gun: BBI with Marauder grenade launcher. Straps made with Flexrex and some jewlery loops.

Stalker

Head: Resolute Stalker
Torso and arms: 25th Beachhead
Upper legs: Sgt stone
Lower legs: CS SE with different feet.
Vest: ROC Beachhead
Gun: Unsure. Slings same a Gung-Ho

FragViper
Didnt Like the og colors and with this RoC viper, I thought the color was perfect. No painting required on the figs!

Recipe
Everything is some ROC Viper
All gear ARAH except Shockblast belt and IG Destro holster and gun. Also, SS sash.

Night Viper

Head: ROC Flash

Body and upper legs: 25th FF
Hands: POC wv 1 SE
Webgear: 25th Firefly with POC knife
Lower legs: Hissdriver
Feet: Pit Commando
Rifle: Marauders AK-74 modded.

Monkeywrench

The whole figure is ROC MW. Changed hands with Zartan.
Head is some Obi-Wan fig with Baroness glasses
No clue where the jacket came from.

Vest: Night Adder (Not exactly ARAH accurate, but I thought it looked wicked)

Whole figure: Benchpress ( I kept the tat even if it's not ARAH accurate. I thought it worked well with the ammo on the legs)
Head: Serpentor but skintone looks darker. Maybe another fig used the same sculpt?
Hands: Sgt Stone
Helmet: Modded Accelerator suit Ripcord
Launcher: ARAH ( WIP, Still looking into weathering it)

Well I wanted to do some modern looking mercs. When the Joes are busy fighting Cobra, these guns for hire go on special missions to fight the rest of the worlds bad guys...Not great with back stories so I'll keep it short.

This crazy Jamaican gets the troops riled up before a fight and doesnt hesitate in using is AK-47 to get in the action!

Whole fig is shadow tracker with a ROC Repeater head. Necklace is made from dollar store crap and drugs is flour in a baggy! LOL!

Footloose has a crazy stare going on. Looks like he's ready to just go ballistic and take out whatever moves. Looks good though.

Your camo work came out really well M. You have that down pretty damn good. What technique are you using for it?

And Blood Clot is my favorite. He just looks coked up and crazy! No better way to numb the pain than with some yayo running through your veins.

Almost all of them are stellar, but I especially like the Salvo and RnR. Rock N Roll got shortchanged in the 25th, and I was hoping we'd see an update in POC. Maybe the 30th will treat him correctly. Salvo just looks badass, and I have pieced together similar bits, but that's what I'm going to strive for once I get back to customizing figures.

The Frag Viper is a good use of an otherwise crappy ROC figure, but you're right, it works great!

The only one I really dislike is the Stalker. That Beachhead vest and torso just looks awkward now that they've improved the torsos so much. The coloration is great, just the parts are a bit off (Hasbro's fault, not really yours). I assume you'll be doing something with the upcoming 30th Stalker, no?

As for Stalker, you're so right... I was excited about doing something new to him, but couldnt get the parts right...When the new one comes out, he'll be my ultimate version. Not even sure I'll change anything on him. Maybe change the feet for Shock Trooper feet and use the Resolute head. I want to keep the green beret.

Those Renegades are awesome. A lot of people don't like "emotion" heads, but I like them. Honestly, I wish that if the figure didn't have a logical "alternate head" (like POC SE, etc.) that they'd include a yelling or some other alternate head that has personality like the Rock you used. That smirk is killer.

Here's one of my latest customs. Throttle is an original character I came up with. Son of an ex-Nazi general who escaped to Argentina, he was born and raised there. His mother was Argentinian and he decided to venture to Los Angeles to find work as a welder. He quickly found a place in the Dreadnoks. Expert welder and motorcycle mecanic.

Well here's another one. Pretty easy. I just liked that Annakin head and wanted to use it somehow. I always thought that Destro and Baroness should've had a son...Maybe they did in some comic or novel but I never knew about it...

Only 18 years old, Damian already is a killing machine. Highly trained by his parents, Damian is ready for any situation and makes his parents proud killing many green shirts...hehe...

Here's my latest custom. In my verse, Gen. Colton isn't just another General. He's the most fierce and respected soldier. When several battles with Cobra rage around the world, he's ready to get suited up a go to battle. General Hawk is the highest ranking officer in my verse.

The hardest was to match the colors of the torso that I didnt want to paint...

I like these customs a lot, and am glad to see a "Cash Destro" head sculpt on the Resolute Destro body.

The "Cash Destro" head is probably the only Chrome Destro head done to proper proportions for his body size.

I hate the pinhead look from the original 25th anniversary Destro head sculpts.
