I hear you man. Sucks getting old and all those ignored and forgotten injuries we shrugged off come back to bite us. Mine's been a neck/shoulder from some 15 years ago that has decided to remind me of my broken, aging structure by shooting pain down into my arm when I turn/stretch it in certain ways.

Your simpsons figures crack me up! I've been collecting the new Jakks-Pacific 5" line, and they're great. I'm not sure how long the line will last, but I'm excited for the characters we've gotten, and I hope we get at least a few more waves to round out the most important characters. The newest wave with Ralph and Mr Burns filled holes for two of my favorites.

I went back and bought some of the more obscure characters (the ones I assume JP will never get to) from the old Playmates 5" line. The Playmates figures suck articulation-wise, but for obscure/background characters, you don't exactly need them to have Marvel Legends articulation. However, they look good and come with a lot of character/episode-specific accessories, so that's a plus. And I also got several of the little Playmates diorama sets of the various common locales around Springfield. Not sure what I'm going to do with any of them, but ... they're fun. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It’s weird (& kind of annoying when researching new figures) that they have 2 different size characters lines.

I’ve been taking the heads from the 2.5” line & using them for 4” scaled figures.
yellow skin just makes them another alien race in the cantina.

Hoping we get Moe, I got Burn on standby.
Carly Homer & Barney are done, Did Marge also. The kids can stay as they are.
i have to track down Lenny too.

There are several characters they've done in the 2.5" line that I hope get done in 5" in the near future. That line feels like a "coming soon" for the 5" line.

I took the WPL whiskey buggy out to play in the snow yesterday and this evening. I was able to get a marauders female figure in the drivers seat without any vests or equipment on. It’s a tight fit but doable. If you opened up the top that would help a little and you might get a male figure in there. For toy grade this puppy is nice.

“Excuse me officer, was I speeding?” These Bruder trucks are 1/16 but they work good enough for me. This picture reminds me of a truck driver I pulled over for speeding on I95 back in the late 1980’s. Purposefully, she was slowly climbing down the side of her truck and almost caused other drivers to run off the road trying to get a look at her descending gracefully onto the shoulder to speak with me. PGV just started releasing these vests with some of their figures and I knew there was a truck driver somewhere in there.
