I don't have the benefit of shag carpet, but my carpet gremlins are particularly vicious.
Anyhoo, got the 1PN51 off of the Hasbro VSS and onto my StG. It's a bit oversized to begin with, so I think it'll work as a fictional, Gen. 1-1.5 night vision device. Along with the suppressor all that I need to do is paint the new accessories.

Jesus Christ. My ex's parents house had this nasty brown shag carpet.. I can not count the number of things that were lost in there. The stuff of nightmares.
Did the leg swap and swapped the Halo rig for a regular chute. Now I just need to get a hold of a Renegades ripcord parachute pack, does anyone know if someone's cast one?
Check this one out!...rug my wife picked up last year...comfy as heck!...one of my cats absolutely refuses to walk on it...it's pretty comical torturing him with treats :trollface:

Basically for the acid rain universe, I want to gut the inside and add a living space and storage etc.

Here is an update FYI:
Pinting outside and inside is now kinds completed, I suck at painting so you will have to bear with me, I cut off the pod things that hang down from the ceiling, so I could actually use the inside, and well, I glued a couple of accessories in place and painted them
Just need to finish up the inside and work out wht I want to do the the top and the outside, thinking maybe attach a motorbike or w=something lol.
Looking good, I have one of these too & it's in a similar state... dismantled. What paints you using?

Heeljoe, the apint is value hobbycraft stuff, fairly cheap.
So I have finished the Interior, this is about as crowded as I like it -
The setup is menat for a 2 man team - one dives while the other sleeps or whatever - this is showing the vehicle at max capacity for emergencies or quick deployment.
This is what it looks like closed at the moment, I am thinking about making some kind of storage rig in the top.. ny idea on how I should proceed with the exterior/top?

Any bare or sandal-clad feet out there? I know 25th Quick Kick, the UFC figures have bare feet, any other options? I know some of the IJ hadjis had sandals, but I think they may be to large for the custom I'm doing.

The family dollars around me have those UFC figures for $3. Could you use some ninja feet? like DG storm shadow? I got a headless&handless body laying around,your welcome to the feet.
Nah, the ninjas all have tabi socks on. If any ninja feet were going to work it would be 25th ones. I thought of Namor, but I'm thinking his feet are gonna be too large, too.
The more I think about it, the only ones that are going to work are going to be the UFC ones. I think they've been cleared out of both my local stores, though. I may still have the cast set I used on a zombie custom. I'll have to look around.

Yeah, use retaliation BHs harness...cut material from the back for better fit...hair dryer it and and hold it in place on your figure of choice and run under cold water for a prefect form fitting fit...
Nah, really doesn't have the right feel. Though, it might work with some substantial mods.
Maybe I can find a 3-pouch cell and modify it. It doesn't need to be tier-1 equipment. Guess I need to go check what the casting guys have available.

Been thinking of mixing up my Cobra uniforms for the troopers and spin offs (Shocktrooper, Combat Ninja etc).
Maybe swapping out the legs and painting the torso trouser section to match whatever legs are swapped in (would need to practice the camo for the Retaliation Combat Ninja colours).
I could even use the Dollar Store trooper colours for Cobra blue that has been in the wash too long.

I haven't really finished anything lately. But here's a glimpse of what what I've been up to so far this year. Casting, lots and lots of casting. Here's my latest results.
Masks, goggles, and glasses in clear resin. I wanted to cast ROC Baroness' glasses but I can't find mine anywhere.
Painting cast heads and some new cast parts. I modded some of the heads to fit Joe torsos before casting.

One milestone for casting: Joints! Not perfect yet but soon... (look closely KT!)
Which gave Mouse some new arms. Yes, they're still Mouse arms but I cast these up.
And helped me fix the problems with the exclusive Fighting 1:18 figure. With a new neck (cast of MU Punisher) and hands (cast of SE 54) I'll be able to finish this one.
And finally, a special Obi-Shinobi casting project. Disclaimer: Everything shown here will not be available through me, sorry.
Forgot this one. My incomplete entry for the Gender Bender 2 contest. I present Larry Croft. I'll finish this some day, lol.
