Working on the forward gear housings a bit today. Then the part I've been putting off, putty and sanding.

Thats looking Great you are really putting some time in that! I am working on a MH-60 Knighthawk. I will be very interested to see the final piece. are you going to paint your own aircraft labeling "NAVY etc"? or Decals?

Thanks! That sounds like a big project. I'll paint the larger markings and get some decals printed for the smaller ones.

I still have a ton of putty and sanding work to do. Then scribe in panel detail and a bunch of rivets. I sprayed some primer on it to see all the problem areas. With the primer its starting to look the part. I'm really happy with how the back dated exhaust turned out.

To the un trained eye it is hard to see what was done . I noticed the door , interior ( of course ) and angle of the rear rotor.

Is it possible to see a before and after to appreciate what you have done ?

What I do see and notice you have done a great job.

It's taking a while but getting there. This side is almost finished then clean up the other side. Now I'm starting to get nervous about where to get decals printed.

I hope that you were able to finish up this Project. I had some questions for you as well.

I just got a Project MH-60T Jayhawk conversion, that is not all that different from this one. It came to me painted but, not with any decals. I found Callie Graphics https://callie-graphics.com/ and she is doing my markings from photographs and a fuselage length measurements for about $25.00.
