Stuck Joints?

So I got a PotC Elizabeth Swan today and her right arm shoulder joint is stuck. As I try to get it loose the plastic feels like it is going to rip, soft plastic. Any ideas how to get it to pop without tearing?

Sounds like you have a "stuck paint" problem. I would microwave a mug of water, fairly hot, and submerge the fig for a minute. Should soften any paint at that point.

Boiling Water. Just try to localize the area you heat. If you have a tea kettle, you can hold the joint near the spout and steam it.

Or stick it in front of a blowdryer on high for a few...equally as easy, much less clean up...

worked great, Thankyou all. Heat is the key, will remember that!

Initially it still didnt move but I was able to just pop the whole joint out since it is all soft plastic, than popped back in and it is fine now.
