Military and political leaders will often meet at thge OWA's mountain retreat. Whereabouts unknown.

Here we have the leader of the Military Special Units Division and acting Council President discussing the up coming invasion of the United States.

Still working on names and other details, plus I have a couple other sinister fellas to add. How can I change the emblem to something I want on CC's chest? What's the trick?

my 2 methods - black paint and paint over it or use BRASSO and a soft cloth and polish it off.

You could use some denatured alcohol and rub the tampo off Rick...

Nice paint work on his harness...simple but nice regardless...

Thanks guys. Eddie this one came with a black harness thing. The ropes on his right shoulder were gold and I just painted them black. I did paint the hat as it was that greyish blue with black visor.

You know Eddie, he ....... kind of looks like you. How do you say Eddie in Russian?

got me thinking. The brown wood stain marker I have creates a nice dark leather look. I might try it out. Can always repaint black again
