Cool! I saw that earlier today but wanted to make sure they were the cheapest. I also saw foxhole toys has them, but like everything else they sell, it was too expensive.
i THINK smalljoes had them...and if i'm recalling the right site, they were available individually there
I also heard that, but I checked today and there was like an error page, so they must have deleted them. They also weren't in the side bar under 1:18 figures
I personnaly like the acu pat. I guess thats what happens when you live directly next to Travis AFB(I was like 3 miles away) for a few years. I personally can't stand marpat though. I do like the navys new blue digicam uniforms though. So what happened to teika, is it like JSI where there is plans for new stuff...and nothing?

At least MARPAT works, which is a helluva lot more than can be said for ACUs. I live a couple of minutes from Ft. Hood, and the only thing worse than ACUs is everyone in berets. I really don't see the point of the Navy's unis. great for camouflaging yourself when you go overboard, i guess.
If they had done some of the OurWar stuff in pre-'05 BDUs i'd have been on them like a fat girl on an Edward Cullen cosplayer.
Cold day in hell is the status of the J-11BS, IMO. They've not released 1/4 of the stuff they were supposed to.
The removable y-straps on their Germans would have been great.
Thats a bummer on the J-11. That(well the SU-37 super flanker, but lets not get too picky here) and the F-22 are my all time favorite modern military birds(I categorize funkily, aviation freak here).
I was just thinking about the marpat, and totally forgot about the desert marpat, I was thinking of that ugly jungle marpat. But yeah, the desert marpat isn't bad. I just like the colors used on acu and the new navy one, although as you said, they are pretty much useless.
I really wanted the 11BS as well. I didn't care if i had to repaint it to look like an Su-27UB.
Oh, and to answer your question, i did the hakenkreuz on that Dora repaint by hand. It was pretty crummy.
She doesn't exist anymore, disassembled with a coat of Fusion on her, a stalled repaint project.

I wouldn't even care about the paint job. Although knowing me, I would probably buy two and properly airbrush one as a ruskie.
I wouldn't mind it in PLAAF markings, but it would need to be converted to a Soviet livery. It's like a Hind in non-Soviet markings. Just ain't "right".

Its kinda like the chinese AFV from PTE, it's too T-72ish(if you take off the fuel tanks of course) to look right as anything else.
Ya I knew it was based of the chinese tank, its just that you don't see them too often, were as the T-72 is seen all the time, and I guess I'm just partial to it because it's so common.

MARPAT is hands down the best shit out in the desert, way better than DBU. Multicam looks like someone got avocado and pudding all over some BDUs but that shit works surprisingly well, even against a cement wall somehow--- Predator shit.
I went to visit A&M and I was in my ACUs and this guy who was my underclassmen but is now an ensign had the nerve to make fun of the ACU pattern. Look, everyone knows ACUs don't work for shit, but if you're going to try to clown on who's camo looks retarded, don't do it wearing your fucking aquaflage.

They're from a company called Atco. Sculpting and detail is better than PTE, but PTE has far superior articulation.
The guy on the left is what they look like when stock - okay, but not great. The other two were improved by repainting their belt pouches in khaki and adding tac vests from Marauder Inc. I still need to fix their goggles.
I bought the full set of 9 (3 of these "Infantry Battalion" guys, 3 "Armor Battalion" guys with different camo, and 3 "Ranger Battalion" guys with grey BDUs). They're OK as "filler" but that's about it.
I repainted one of the grey guys in khaki and carved up his helmet to make a passable Delta operative (left).
