Photobucket does have a decent add on. Snakeling has used it in a few shots. This method in the article could actually be used better for thermal I think. Since they have you invert the colors it would look way better applied like that I believe.

Very true KT. That would be a good quick fix for it. With this method they talk about if you used a gray mask instead of the green it would make a pretty cool thermal image shot since they have you invert the colors to get a certain effect.
